Kaitlyn joined BCU in 2024 and works closely with our Advisor team to provide renewal support of BCU’s clients and stakeholders. Prior to joining BCU, Kaitlyn was an english teacher at various Chicagoland high schools. She is a graduate of Illinois State University. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English.
