Sophia Finlay

Sophia joined BCU in 2019, working across the organization to support client service which lead to becoming an Advisor in 2020. In 2023, she expanded her expertise by joining Marsh as a Private Client Advisor. After two years at Marsh, Sophia rejoined BCU, bringing back her deep industry knowledge and client-first approach as a key member of our service team. She holds a bachelor's degree in Strategic Communications with a minor in Public Relations from Taylor University.
